Ava Dance Centre uses safe dance practices to ensure the necessary foundations for correct technique are built. As well as their physical wellbeing, it is central to our philosophy to nurture our students’ emotional and social growth and development.

We value the positive impact dance can have on students’ self-esteem, motivation and confidence. While we challenge our students to reach their full potential, we strongly believe in the effectiveness of positive reinforcement and encouragement to maintain enjoyment and enthusiasm.

Through dance, we promote invaluable life skills such as self-discipline, resilience, perseverance and independence. Students at our dance school are also taught how to set and achieve goals and learn the value of planning for purpose.

Our inclusive community supports and encourages each other to create a sense of belonging for all members. If you would like to be a part of the Ava Dance Centre family, contact us today or enrol now.
